When it comes to eating Paleo, you need to know two main things. What to eat, and why you’re eating it. The what is literally what you should be eating. The why helps you understand why it’s OK to eat unlimited amounts of butter and bacon, and why you need to say bye-bye to bread. Unlike most ‘diets’ out there, there is an absolute ton of science behind why Paleo works. And I find that the more you understand the why, the easier it will be to stick to the right foods that will help you ditch fat and regain your optimal health.
